Abstract
|
Paris Polyphylla Smith (PPS) is a perennial herb of Liliaceae.It has a variety of phamacological effects such as antipyretic detoxiate, subsicling swelling and analgesia, cooling sliver and arresting convulsion. The kind and content of inorganic element in PPS have different influence degree on phamacological effects and clinical efficacy. The determination methods of inorganic elements in PPS include inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES),flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS),Microwave Digestion-FAAS and others.The distribution of inorganic components in PPS is related to sources,origin and cultivating conditions. The types and contents of inorganic elements in soil have different effects on the growth and development of PPS.The research of pharmacological action confired that inorganic elements such as Ca,K,Fe,Mg in PPS play some roles in disease treatment. |
