Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "Erzhi Gengnian decoction" on phytoestrogen like effect in perimenopausal women, and to evaluate its safety.[Methods] The 31 cases of perimenopausal syndrome in the treatment group were treated with "Erzhi Gengnian decoction", 31 cases in the control group were treated with Kunbao pills. After 3 courses, the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and compared, and the curative effect was observed.[Results] The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 100%; the control group, the total effective rate was 90.3%. There was no difference in the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05). The cure rate of the two groups, there were significant differences (P<0.01). The cure rate of the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The Kupperman score:the treatment group before treatment compared with after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); the control group before treatment compared with after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The female hormone levels in two groups before treatment group serum E2, FSH, LH (P<0.05).[Conclusion] "Erzhi Gengnian decoction" is based on the traditional prescription of Erzhi pill, which relieves the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome in patients with liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome, and the Kupperman score and hormone levels are significantly improved. The curative effect is exact and significant, and has certain clinical application value. |
