Abstract
|
[Objective] At low E2 after FET in patients with threatened abortion as the object, the placenta combined with Shoutai pill therapy, clinical observation.[Methods] The 160 cases of threatened abortion with 100 < E2 < 200 pg/mL 14 days after FET were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. The TCM symptom score, E2, β-HCG increase and pregnancy success rate were observed before and after treatment.[Results] The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), and the serum levels of E2 and β-HCG were significantly higher than those in the group before treatment (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the scores of all symptoms in the treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the levels of E2 and β-HCG increased significantly (P<0.05). The successful rate of pregnancy in the treatment group and the control group were 77.5% and 62.5%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Placenta combined with Shoutai pill of Chinese medicine can effectively improve the frozen embryo transplantation of low estrogen symptoms of threatened abortion, significantly increased estrogen and β-HCG level, improve the success rate of pregnancy, which is worthy to be popularized in clinical. |
