| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule on the blood stasis in abortion rats.[Methods] The rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, positive medicine group, Xuefu Zhuyu high, middle and low dose group. Male and female in accordance with the ratio 2:1 and cage, the seventh day of the conception, female were gavaged by mifepristone and misoprostol to contribute abortion rats model. Gavage Xuefu Zhuyu capsule for 7 days, hemorrheology, platelet aggregation rate, hemoglobin content, erythrocyte number, uterine pathological morphology and uterine microvascular density (MVD) were determinated.[Results] High&medium group can significantly reduce rat platelet aggregation rate (P<0.01), improve hemorrheology indexes, reduce blood and plasma viscosity (P<0.05 or P<0.01), increase abortion rats RBC and HGB content (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Xuefu Zhuyu capsule improved the model rat survival state, uterine form, MVD and promoted angiogenesis.[Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on abortion rats. |
