Abstract
|
The holism concept is one of the basic features of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), it stresses the body's own integrity and the unity between man and the external environment. Tic disorders is primarily due to dysfunction of the liver, but can also exists one or more other internal organs' disorders of the spleen, lung, heart and kidney, so the liver should be given priority to treatment, combining with treatment of other organs; emotional disturbance is one of the main causes of the disease, thereby we should pay attention to regulate mind to cure abnormality of the body; children are mainly with the pathological constitution of yin deficiency, qi depression or qi deficiency, etc, treatment should be combination based on syndrome differentiation and physique differentiation; as the six exogenous pathogens and pathological characteristics of children vary with seasons, treatment should be in accordance with seasonal conditions. |
