Effect of acupuncture on the expression of TLR9, TNF-α, IRF7 and IFN-β mRNA in parietal cortex of cerebral infarction in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the intervention effect of mRNA signaling pathway acupuncture therapy on cerebral ischemia reperfusion model of early TLR9, the infarct marginal zone TNF-α, IRF7, IFN-β; elucidating the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction. [Methods] Use line plug method cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) on rat cerebral ischemia model, ischemia reperfusion after 90 min, acupuncture group of rats received intervention of acupuncture method after reperfusion 6 h, 5 d, the rats were decapitated, fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay, to observe the odel of focal cerebral ischemia in rat brain TLR9, TNF-α, IRF7, IFN-β mRNA expression and intervention effect of acupuncture. [Results] This acupuncture method can obviously enhance the nerve protection factor IFN-βmRNA expression (P<0.05). [Conclusion] This acupuncture can treat of cerebral infarction by increasing nerve protection factor IFN-βmRNA expression, reducing the number of neurons injury, enhancing the capacity of brain tissue repair, and improving cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury of nerve function activities obstacles. This reserch cannot indicate the treatment could inhibition the mRNA expression of TLR9 pathway.
