Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect of interventional therapy on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes. [Methods] Thirty patients with coronary artery disease underwent PTCA+STENT were diagnosed by coronary angiography. The changes of symptoms and signs were analyzed before and after treatment.[Results] After treatment, blood stasis and cold coagulation reduced than that before treatment, and phlegm no obvious change. Qi and yin Deficiency, heart and kidney yang deficiency was increased. After treatment compared with before treatment such as chest tightness, chest pain embolism was significantly reduced before, abdominal distention, tired and fatigue and other symptoms and signs no significant changed.[Conclusion] It is different from the degree of "deficiency in root" and "excess in superficiality" in patients before and after PCI. But it failed to change the basic pathogenesis of patients with "deficiency in root and excess in superficiality". |
