Abstract
|
[Objective] Explore the effect of the elemene injection combined heat therapy for the treatment of moderate malignant pleural effusion.[Methods] The 80 patients with malignant pleural effusion, including 64 cases of lung cancer, 8 cases of breast cancer, 5 cases of liver cancer, 2 cases of ovarian cancer and 1 case of prostate cancer. We randomly divided 80 meet the conditions into observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). Both groups were given the chest high frequency heat therapy, once every other day. The observation group was given intravenous drip, 0.4 g elemene Injection and intravenous drip of 0.9% sodium chloride injection,Once daily, 14 days was a course of treatment. To observe the effects of the two groups, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the improvement of quality of life 1 month after treatment.[Results] In objective efficacy, the objective efficiency (37.5%) was better than the control group (17.5%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in clinical symptom points and quality of life (P<0.05). In the side effects, there were 1 cases of fever and 2 cases of skin burns, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.[Conclusion] The elemene injection intravenous drip combined chest high frequency heat treatment effect is good, malignant pleural effusion in patients under control, integral to reduce clinical symptoms and quality of life improved, no obvious side effects, which is a moderate conservative treatment ideal treatment for moderate malignant pleural effusion. |
