Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect and emotion change of Qutan Huayu decoction combined with fire needle therapy on female patients with post-adolescent acne.[Methods] The 78 cases with post-adolescent acne were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 39 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Qutan Huayu decoction combined with fire needle therapy; the patients in control group were treated with spironolactone and minocycline.[Results] The effective rate in treatment group (94.8%) was better than that in control group (76.9%, P<0.05), and the score of emotion change in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups.[Conclusion] Qutan Huayu decoction combined with fire needle therapy can effectively reduce clinical symptom and has definite clinical effect on female patients with post-adolescent acne. |
