Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the efficacy of three methods of massage combined with auricular point sticking and postpartum rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of postpartum breast milk deposition in primipara.[Methods] The 185 cases of maternal galactostasis, in accordancewith the principle of random divided into 3 groups:A group (acupoint massage manipulation + pressure pill in the treatment of postpartum rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus in 62 cases) and B group (acupoint massage manipulation + therapeutic apparatus) 60 cases, group C (manual massage) 63 cases. Each group was treated continuously for 3 days, 1 times a day. Then statistical analysis of the three groups of treatment efficacy.[Results] There were statistically significant differences among A, B, C three groups (P<0.05). The changes of breast pain degree, breast swelling degree and the degree of effluent discharge after treatment in the three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The three methods combined treatment of postpartum cholestasis are effective, can effectively relieve the symptoms of breast swelling, promote the accumulation of milk, reduce or disappear, it is worthy of clinical application. |
