| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Jinshui Liujun decoction on turbid phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD patients with mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance.[Methods] The 60 cases of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD were included in the standard according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group were treated with routine anti-infection, spasmolysis and symptomatic treatment, patients in the observation group based on routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction and Jinshui liu jun Decoction, a course of 10 days, the two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with MRC dyspnea score and 6 minutes walking distance test.[Results] It is no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test by statistical analysis; two groups of patients improved significantly in mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test compared with before treatment (P<0.05); moreover, the treatment group than the control group improved significantly (P<0.05).[Conclusion] the conventional therapy combined with Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Jinshui liu jun Decoction is better than single western medicine treatment for improving phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD patients with mMRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test. |
