Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Professor Zhang's "spirit-regulation formula" in the treatment of optic fatigue and explore the clinical significance.[Methods] The 60 cases of patients with diagnosis of visual fatigue were randomly divided into test group and control group, each of 30 cases. The test group was treated by "spirit-regulation formula" founded by Professor ZHANG, the control group took hypromellose eye drops in the treatment. After treatment for one course, therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the scale of improvement of optic fatigue was assessed.[Results] The symptoms of both groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.01). The test group was superior to the control group in the improvement of optic fatigue symptom (P<0.01).The total effective of the test group was 96.67%, compared with 63.33% in the control group, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The method of "spirit-regulation formula" can effectively relieve the symptoms of optic fatigue, which is obviously better than the hypromellose eye drops. |
