Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the possible mechanism of Tongfu Xiefei Decoction on pulmonary edema in ALI/ARDS rats.[Methods] The 27 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and traditional Chinese medicine group. In the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, endotoxin was injected intravenously at 8 mg/kg, and the rats in the blank group were injected with normal saline. Chinese medicine group after the completion of modeling to give Tongfu laxative Chinese medicine gavage, each 0.01 mL/g, 1 times/d, a total of 7 days, the blank group and the model group to the same amount of normal saline. The expression of AQP1 and a-ENaC in lung tissue were detected by immunohistochemical staining.[Results] The expression of AQP1 and a-ENaC protein in lung tissue of model group decreased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the expression of AQP1 and a-ENaC protein in TCM group was significantly higher than that in model group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Tongluo diarrhea can enhance ALI/ARDS rats AQP1 and a-ENaC protein expression and regulation of its water metabolism, so as to play its role in improving pulmonary edema. |
