| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of Qizi Yishen Lichong decoction on ovarian reserve in DOR rats model.[Methods] The 60 female SD rats were divided into six groups:blank group, model group, CM low-dose group, CM normal-dose group, CM high-dose group and DHEA group. The ovarian index was calculated, the ovarian HE slides were observed under microscope, and blood FSH, E2 and AMH levels were tested by Elisa.[Results] Compared with blank group, model group had shown ovarian tissue atrophy in HE slides, numbers of all types of ovarian follicles declined, FSH level increased significantly, while ovarian index, E2 and AMH levels significantly lowered (P<0.05); compared with model group, CM high-dose group has shown a better ovarian appearance in HE slides, increased in numbers of ovarian primordial follicles and corpus luteum, decreased in numbers of atresia follicles, ovarian index, E2 and AMH levels significantly increased (P<0.05), and significantly drop of FSH level (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Qizi Yishen Lichong decoction might repair the loss of ovarian reserve, stimulate the growth of ovarian follicles and reduce ovarian follicle apoptosis. |
