Abstract
|
[Objective] To study of on the interaction between BSA and psoralenoside (PO) as well as isopsoralenoside (IPO).[Methods] Using the methods of UV absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence quenching spectroscopy, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy quenching mechanism, binding constants, binding sites, conformational changes of PO as well as IPO to the BSA were analyzed.[Results] PO and IPO bound weakly to BSA with a static quenching process, which cause light changes in the polarity environment around the chromophore of tryptophan. The binding sites of the two drugs on BSA were Site Ⅱ.[Conclusion] The mechanism of interaction between PO and IPO with BSA was revealed through the spectroscopy study. |
