|
[Objective] To investigate the effect of the treatment of primary facial spasm with strong stimulation of Siguan points.[Methods] The 64 cases of primary facial spasm patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases each. The two groups were treated with superficial needling on face combined with acupuncture on Siguan points. The treatment group was treated by strong stimulation with four points, and the control group was given mild stimulation.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.9%, higher than that of the control group (87.5%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The cure and effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, which was higher than the control group (59.4%). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Treatment group required fewer treatment, shorter time, which was a significant difference (P<0.01), and no adverse medical accidents occurred..[Conclusion] Facial shallow acupuncture combined with strong stimulation of Siguan points treatment of primary facial spasm and conventional treatment efficacy is equivalent, it can shorten the treatment time, safe and feasible. |
