Abstract

With the increasing pressure of life, working and study, the incidence of insomnia has increased year by year, and emotional and psychological factors become one of the most important causes of insomnia. And many ancient documents, including The Canon of Internal Medicine, recorded the deficiency of the liver qi, which can lead to emotional diseases or insomnia. This paper will discuss the relationship between deficiency of liver qi and insomnia, and enrich the theory of deficiency of liver qi, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine. |
