Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze the regularity of acupoints selection in the massage therapy of functional dyspepsia of children.[Methods] Massage prescription to treat children with functional dyspepsia were collected in 3 databases of Chinese academic journal database, Chinese science and technology journal full-text database and Wanfang academic journal full-text database, input to the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance auxiliary platform software to analyze module and acupoint combination, and core specific acupoint combination features.[Results] A total of 137 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of functional dyspepsia of children, involving a total of 75 points. A total of 75 commonly used combined acupuncture points and 6 core special acupoints were obtained.[Conclusion] Commonly used acupoints of massage therapy in treating children with functional dyspepsia were mainly about special acupoints in infantile tuina, core combined acupoints were 6 of abdomen, spleen, intestine, Qijiegu, Guiwei and Foot Three Li. It can be used as the basis of clinical massage prescription. |
