Abstract
|
Peritoneal dialysis is one of the alternative treatments for chronic renal insufficiency. Although the relevant technology in recent years continue to improve, but peritoneal dialysis patients still have a high case fatality rate. Studies have shown that cardiovascular disease, inflammation, anemia, malnutrition, calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders are leading to the death of the main risk factors. Therefore early and effective control of predisposing factors, may help reducing the case fatality rate of patients with peritoneal dialysis and prolong survival time of the patients. This article reviews the main risk factors causing death in peritoneal dialysis patients from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. |
