Abstract
|
[Objective] This article summarized the clinical diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of tic disorders in children, and use it to evaluate the clinical consistency of the Guidelines for pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicineotic disorders.[Methods] Using prospective case investigation analysis method, the selecting of different regions in 17 third-grade hospitals as the unit of investigation, collection of nearly 1 year, a total of 200 cases children with tic disorders, and the data is analyzed by means of frequency based on a statistical analysis.[Results] There is a high consistency between the use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric convulsive disorders.[Conclusion] It is indicated that the revision of the guide is in accordance with the clinical situation, and it has instructive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with tic disorder. |
