Depression is closely related to the change of intestinal flora. In recent years, studies have shown that intestinal flora imbalance plays a key role in the development of depression. The intestinal flora imbalance can activate the nerve, endocrine and immune system in the body, and cause the inflammation of the body, and so on, through the gastrointestinal nervous system, uploaded to the central nervous system, causing the occurrence of depression. In recent years, the study found that Chinese medicine can adjust the depression through the intervention of intestinal flora, and probiotics are also in addition to regulate and restore the role of intestinal microflora, giving probiotics regulate intestinal flora has become an important method for the treatment of depression. |
