| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with postharvest neuralgia after herpes zoster.[Methods] The 68 elderly patients with postharvest neuralgia after herpes zoster of outpatient treatment from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each,both groups had the same treatment regimen.The control group was given the general nursing mode,while the observation group was given the comprehensive care measures based on the control group,to compare the clinical efficacy,satisfaction of pain control,satisfaction of nursing,quality of daily life between the two groups.[Results] The clinical efficacy,satisfaction of pain control,satisfaction of nursing,quality of daily life in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Comprehensive nursing measures can significantly improve clinical efficacy and improve the quality of daily life in elderly patients with postharvest neuralgia after herpes zoster. |
