Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the changes of laboratory indicators related to the non-active Graves' ophthalmopathy before and after using Pingmu Decoction-Ⅱ.[Methods] The 65 cases who have the Non-active Graves' ophthalmopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=31) in a double-blind, double-dummy, randomized-controlled trial. The treatment group received "Pingmu Decoction-Ⅱ" and a placebo for prednisone, and the patients in control group were treated with prednisone and a placebo for "Pingmu Decoction-Ⅱ", with a course of twelve weeks. Then observe the changes of hemodynamic indexes, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ before and after the treatment, and all the treatment adverse reactions.[Results] The experimental group can effectively ameliorating the hemodynamic indexes of the patients with Non-active Graves' ophthalmopathy (P<0.01). But it has no significant changes on CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ before and after the treatment. The adverse reaction rates of experimental group were less than control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] "Pingmu Decoction-Ⅱ" can effectively ameliorating the hemodynamic indexes of the patients with non-active Graves' ophthalmopathy, and it has more safety and less adverse reaction. |
