| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe and evaluate the analysis Zorkin flat wood joint spleen phlegm method combination therapy for children with tourette syndrome β2-microglobulin effects.[Methods] From January 2015 to December 2016, 140 cases of our hospital, divided into the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment group (treatment group) and dopamine receptor blockers group (control group), each group of 70 cases. Children with the control group given haloperidol treatment, treatment group give children Zorkin flat wood joint spleen phlegm method combined treatment. In the two groups of children before and 1 year after treatment were determined by method its β2-MG, blood and urine routine at the same time detection of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Scr), and compared before and after treatment.[Results] Two groups of children with β2-blood, urine β2-MG concentration was increased. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group's rise less than the control group (P<0.05). Treatment group before and after treatment in children with blood concentration of BUN, Scr concentration differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Application of Zorkin flat wood joint spleen phlegm method combined treatment of infantile tourette syndrome on infantile blood and urine β2-MG has certain influence, strengthen treatment of blood and urine during β2-MG dynamic detection contributes to an understanding of the early kidney damage and monitoring treatment response. |
