Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the characteristics of drug combination of blood lipid abnormality based on the complex system entropy clustering method.[Methods] The extraction, statistics and analysis of the drugs involved in the literature concerning the inclusion criteria were obtained by retrieving the literatures about the abnormal blood lipids in Chinese journal full text database (CNKI),Chinese science and technology periodical full-text database(VIP),Wanfang database for nearly 10 years.[Results] Among the literatures included in the study, the higher frequency of the drugs were Hawthorn, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Oriental waterplantain tuber, Indian buead, Tuber fleeceflower root, etc. Based on the entropy clustering algorithm, ten groups of commonly used drug combinations were found to treat the abnormal blood lipids.[Conclusion] The characteristics of the combination of drugs reflect the basic principles of the treatment of abnormal blood lipids, such as invigorating qi, invigorating the spleen, drying and removing phlegm, and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, while the thought of supplementing liver and kidney is also important in the treatment of dysplasia. |
