Based on the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the connotation of the master card is discussed under the guidance of "uncertainty thinking". Traditional literature analysis and discourse analysis. According to the analysis of the traditional documents, the meaning of the syndrome in Qin and Han Dynasties was expounded. According to the analysis of the original discourse, the identification of the master card was divided into three meanings. Syndromes in the Qin and Han Dynasties are manifestations, and the meaning of phenomena does not contain "pathogenesis". The master card is equal to the main symptom, and the identification of the principal card can be started from the following three aspects:"the main compaint, the identification and the decision". Stratification of the master card is of great significance to the study of ZHANG Zhongjing's clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
