Abstract

This paper, starting from the evolution of the meaning of "entanglement", discusses that the current mental state of "entanglement" is the expression of uncomfortable of "anxiety, melancholy and fear" intertwined. The reasons for this are the confusion of multiple choices brought by social pluralism, individual physical differences and disorders of viscera function. Explain its pathological effects on the body, such as disturbing qi, injuring viscera and affecting the condition. It is suggested that people should cultivate their optimistic mentality, develop good habits and listen to appropriate music, so as to prevent and cure the hurt of "entanglement". |
