Abstract

Pulmonary atelectasis's pathogenic characteristics is mainly the collapse of the distal lung or apneumatosis for different reasons, so that lung insufficiency and body fluid and qi consumption, which finally cause lung's weakness and uselessness leading it to be a chronic weak lesion. Meanwhile, lung dryness and fluid consumption, as well as lung qi weak are the main reasons, lung qi insufficiency will throughout the course of this disease. Professor LIU Jianqiu thinks that lung qi insufficiency will also cause the fluid consumption, blood stasis and phlegm and worse blood stasis. Therefore, he takes moistening lung, deficiency of body fluids as principles when he treats lung qi insufficiency dialectically. For phlegm and blood stasis and many other sthenia pathogenic factors, he takes dissipating phlegm, removing blood stasis down bearing the turbid as guidance, which reflects the flexibly of thinking of Chinese medicine. |
