Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyan decoction after treatment on severe carcinomatous anemia.[Methods] The 60 patients with carcinomatous anemia were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group. The observation group received Xiaoyan decoction after blood transfusion, while the control group received blood transfusion only. The hemoglobin value, quality of life index and immunity index of 2 months after treatment were observed.[Results] The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Xiaoyan decoction after blood transfusion has good long-term clinical effect in the treatment of severe carcinomatous anemia, and is worthy of clinical application. |
