Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinic effects of Shengji ointment in the later stage on deep second degree burn wound healing.[Methods] The 60 patients with deep second degree burn wounds treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method, the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with sulfadiazine silver cream for 1 times every 1~2 days until the wounds healed completely. The observation group was treated with sulfadiazine silver cream on the early stage of wound healing, and the external application of Shengji ointment was applied on the 15th day after injury, and the dressing was changed 1 times every 1~2 days until the wound healed completely. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain of the wound in the resting state, the average healing time of the 2 groups was recorded, the Vancouver scar scale (VSS) was used to evaluate the shape of the wound after healing, the incidence of blisters was recorded within 2 weeks after wound healing, the data were statistically processed. Meanwhile, adverse reactions during the study were recorded.[Results] There was no statistically difference(P>0.05) in the pain VAS score between the observation group and the control group. the average healing time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the VSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),the incidence of blisters in the observation group was 16.7%, which was significantly lower than 43.3% in the control group (P<0.01). No adverse reactions were found during the study.[Conclusion] In the later stage on deep second degree burn wound healing,Shengji ointment can promote the necrotic tissue loss, shorten the healing time, reduce the times of dressing change, improve the quality of wound healing, and has no obvious adverse reactions, it is worth popularizing.
