Abstract
Analogical thought is one of the most commonly used methods in traditional Chinese medicine thinking system. WU Jutong in the Qing Dynasty extensively used this way of thinking in his writings for syndrome differentiation. In his treatment experience, it can be summed up in two major aspects, the application of the analogical thought in dialectical process; on the other hand, it is the application of selection drug, dosage and decoction.
