Abstract

Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is an unknown cause of myocardial disease characterized by enlargement of the ventricle and dysfunction of the cardiac pump. The main manifestations are gradual aggravation of congestive heart failure, atrial or ventricular arrhythmias, and vascular embolism. Professor HUANG Chunlin believed that the main pathogenesis of this disease was deficiency of heart, kidney and spleen yang, involving the three diseases of qi, blood and water, he advocate that combined with modern medical research and treatment, based on tong yang hua qi, it can be divided into 7 types of syndromes:weak heart qi, yang deficiency, flooding water with deficiency yang qi, nourishing the heart with water qi, trapping the lungs with phlegm and heat, blood stasis resistance, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, qi, blood and water are divided into the same treatment, and the clinical effect is remarkable. |
