Abstract
[Objective] Preliminary assessment based on analytic hierarchy process on the importance of syndrome differentiation basis of intermingled phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease.[Methods] Three rounds of the modeling symptom quantitative evaluation of the importance of syndrome differentiation basis of phlegm syndrome in coronary heart disease was constructed. The weight coefficient of each diagnostic factor was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.[Results] The 81 questionnaires were recovered in three rounds of consultation,3 experts were consulted in the first round,19 experts were consulted in the second round and 59 experts were consulted in the third round. The recovery rate of 100%. According to statistics, rank of contribution weight of primary indicators from high to low as follows:clinical symptoms, tongue, pulse. Contribution weight of secondary indicators from high to low as follows:chest tightness/chest pain, purple tongue, greasy coating, tongue with petechia or bruise, stringtaut and slippery pulse, bluish and purplish sublingual vessels, wiry and choopy pulse, obesity, bluish lips, gloomy complexion, sticky mouth, heaviness of limbs.[Conclusion] The study took the intermingled phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease as an example to discuss the syndrome differentiation based on analytic hierarchy process. It has certain clinical significance to research macroscopical diagnostic criteria of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis of coronary heart disease.
