Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of Shenge Powder on traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, cardiac function grading,6-minute walking distance in patients with chronic heart failure, and to demonstrate the role of cardiopulmonary therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure.[Methods] Patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The treatment group The combination of Western medicine and Shenge Powder was used. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. All the subjects were treated from D0 to D56±1,safety indicators such as hematuria, liver and kidney function, electrolytes and other related tests were performed, and 6-minute walking distance, traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and cardiac function grading were evaluated.[Results] At 8 weeks of treatment, the cardiac function of the two groups was graded. The most effective rate of the control group was 5.9%,the effective rate was 55.9%,and the total effective rate was 61.8%. The most effective rate of the treatment group was 14.7%,and the effective rate was 67.6%. The total effective rate was 82.3%;The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was evaluated. The control group showed an most effective rate of 2.9%,the effective rate was 58.8%,the total effective rate was 61.7%,the treatment group's most effective rate was 11.8%,the effective rate was 76.5%,and the total effective rate was 88.3%. The most efficacy of the six-minute walking distance was 5.9%,the effective rate was 52.9%,the total effective rate was 58.8%,the treatment group was 11.8%,the effective rate was 70.6%,and the total effective rate was 82.4%.[Conclusion] Compared with the control group, the treatment group is more helpful in improving cardiac function grading, traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in patients with chronic heart failure. |
