Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction are the representative prescriptions of LI Dongyuan's theory of invigorating qi and strengthening yang, which can be used to treat chronic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach qi. However, the severity of symptoms, syndrome, and treatment is slightly different. It is considered that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, the degree of qi deficiency is heavy, the syndrome is spleen and stomach qi deficiency, qingyang depression. Heat is not obvious, the treatment is mainly in the treatment of invigorating and raising yang; Shengyang Yiwei Decoction, the degree of qi deficiency is lighter than before. The syndrome is spleen and stomach qi deficiency, dampness and heat resistance, dampness and heat both, the treatment is partial to dispelling dampness and clearing away heat; Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction, the degree of qi deficiency is the lightest, and the syndrome is spleen and stomach qi is weak, stagnated qi transforming into fire. The internal heat is obvious, and the treatment is partial to rising and dissipating depression fire. |
