Abstract
|
To study and establish traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome diagnosis scale, with the support of project fund of 973 project, the research of the syndrome diagnosis scale of phlegm and blood stasis of coronary heart disease was taken as a research object. It had been preliminary confirmed that,systematic literature evaluation and clinical investigation were important sources of the background information of TCM syndrome diagnosis scale. Delphi method was an effective method to select the items of TCM syndrome diagnosis scale. Hierarchical analysis of legal weight could achieve the objective of quantitative diagnosis of TCM syndromes. The sensitivity, specificity and the area under the ROC curve were used to evaluate the effectiveness of TCM syndrome diagnostic scale. It could be proved these techniques and methods were feasible, step by step, also it could be referenced by peers. |
