| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined ear points therapy to treat simple obesity children (including overweight children) the clinical curative effect of spleen asthenia phlegm syndrome.[Methods] The 60 children were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 in each group, which were the simple obesity children (including overweight children) from phlegm obstruction syndrome diagnostic criteria of spleen asthenia outpatient. The control group was treated with health intervention therapy, including health education, diet control, encourage physical activity, etc. Treatment group was a regular therapy on the basis of Jiajina Erchen Decoction combined ear points therapy. At the end of the treatment for 3 months, degree of obesity, BMI, traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral were assessed.[Results] Two groups of treatment for simple obesity children (including overweight children) are both effective. The treatment group curative effect was better than the control group. The treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms improved significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] Using Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined ear points therapy and health intervention thorapy treating children simple obesity therapy (including overweight children) of phlegm syndrome curative effect is better than that with health intervention therapy. |
