| This paper summarizes professor LOU Duofeng's experience in treating spinal bi and puts forward the theory of "deficiency,evil and blood stasis". Professor LOU Duofeng believes that deficiency of qi and blood and Du meridian along with are the important internal causes of spinal bi,and play a major role in the development of spinal bi. The invasion of evil qi is the external factor of the disease,stagnation of blood stasis and qi,obstruction of meridians are the key to the pathogenesis of spinal bi. The three coexist,influence each other,cause and effect each other,and form a bidirectional vicious circle. Based on this,the principle of treating spinal bi by invigorating kidney and strengthening du meridian and dispelling pathogenic factors and removing blood stasis was established. Professor LOU Duofeng's undefineds unique experience is to use the theory of "deficiency,evil,blood stasis" to treat spinal bi based on syndrome differentiation. The curative effect is obvious,concise and practical,which is worth popularizing. |
