Abstract
|
[Objective] Digging out the academic idea and regulation of drug usage of Professor LI Jinqian in treating chest obstruction.[Methods] Analyzing the frequency,four properties,five flavors,meridian distribution,pattern of prescription and relation by TCMISS,and getting new formula by cluster analysis.[Results] By analyzing the regulation of drug usage of Professor LI,the academic idea is achieved,which the key pathogenesis is blood stasis in heart vessel,and the pathogenesis characteristic wais deficient root with overdo superficial. It is common to find out qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency and qi-stagnation,cold coagulation,phlegm and blood stasis,which may be treated by promoting qi to relieve pain,removing phlegm to treat arthralgia,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,tonifying qi and nourishing blood,which is presented in some drugs commonly used and 11 new formula.[Conclusion] It may get some experience of old famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors by using TCMISS,which is a good way to investigate drug usage of treatment in chest obstruction,in addition to research regulation of drug usage in common syndrome of chest obstruction,provide new evidence and inspiration of research in new drugs,and provide a basis for clinical or fundamental research. |
