| [Objective] Analysis and identification chemical constituents in Siwei Piweishu Granule by HPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS. To provides scientific basis for further research and development of Siwei Piweishu Granule.[Methods] Through literature review,to collect the data of all kinds of chemical constituents in the prescription of Siwei Piweishu Granule. Data is collected by HPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS,High resolution MS and MS2 spectra of mass spectrogram of chromatographic peaks are analysised. Compare with the literature database. The structure of each chromatographic peak was calculated and confirmed.[Results] Twenty-six were identified from Siwei Piweishu Granule. The main constituents are Flavonoids (hesperetin,naringenin,formononetin);glycosides (cyanidin 3-galactoside,prunasin,apiin);acids(dehydrotumulosic acid,gallic acid);Alkaloids (hypaphorine,3-formylindole).[Conclusion] In this paper,HPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS was suitable to determine and analyze the mainly chemical composition of Siwei Piweishu Granule. To a certain extent,the pharmacodynamic material basis of Siwei Piweishu Granule was revealed by this research. |
