| Blood stasis is an important cause of intractable insomnia,and blood stasis is blocking the traffic of yin yang and ying wei. Qi deficiency cannot promote the blood to run and phlegm,yang deficiency cold condensate,blood lost in warm phlegm and sputum,water line disadvantage,water and blood interaction,water stopped bleeding. Treatment should be done with benefiting qi for activating blood circulation,warming yang or activating blood circulation,promoting water for activating blood circulation and other methods to make the veins pass through,and the health of the camp will be smooth. |
