Abstract
[Objective] Using data mining technology to analyze the medication rule of Sjogren's syndrome,so as to provide evidence for clinical decision making.[Methods] The literature of the medical case of Sjogren's syndrome was collected over the past 20 years. The frequency statistical analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze the rule of prescription use in the dry syndrome on the basis of the classification of medical cases according to the type of syndrome.[Results] There are obvious rules of drug compatibility between radix Astragalus, radix Ophiopogon, radix rehmanniae,Dendrobium, and radix sophiae in the qi and yin deficiency type. There are obvious rules of compatibility between radix rehmanniae, radix Astragali, radix Adenophorae, polygonatum odoratum,Ophiopogon japonicus and Astragalus membranaceus. There are obvious rules of compatibility between peach kernel, safflower, radix rehmanniae, radix Paeoniae Alba, radix Ophiopogon,Dendrobium, radix et sogoniae and Angelica in yin deficiency and blood stasis type. There are obvious rules of compatibility between radix et Rhizoma, radix et Rhizoma, radix Ophiopogon, radix rehmanniae, licorice,Cornus officinalis and Rhizoma Dioscorea in liver and kidney yin deficiency type.[Conclusion] Through the method of data mining,it is possible to explore the rule of prescriptions in the literature of Sjogren syndrome, provide the basis for clinical decision, and provide clues for further research on standardization of traditional Chinese medicine.
