| According to the medium-term and long-term plan for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in China (2017-2025) and according to the "constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation mode" advocated by WANG Qi,a master of Chinese medicine,the article puts forward the prevention and treatment direction of "3+4+3" for chronic diseases:for three groups of people (general,high-risk,sick),heading to four states (disease-free,pre-disease,disease,post-disease state),and pointing to three differentiation modes (constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation mode). Then discuss its application strategy:for the disease-free state of the general population:according to the constitution selection of health maintenance methods,solid foundation,prevent the occurrence of disease;for the pre-disease state of the high-risk population:choosing intervention measures based on constitution,prevent the development of diseases;for the disease status of the patients:using the "constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation model" to treat illness,both specimens;for the sick population in post-disease state:choose conditioning methods according to constitution to prevent disease recurrence. This article combines the case to prove,has the clinical guiding value. |
