Abstract
|
The new concept of "collateral-vascular system disease" is proposed as guided by vessel-collateral doctrine of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the uniformity between "vessel-collateral" and medium vessel, small vessel, capillary and microcirculation of modern medicine. Myocardial fibrosis caused by microvascular dysfunction after myocardial infarction reperfusion, precisely belongs to this pathological scope. This article is aim to explore pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis post myocardial infarction based on "collateral-vascular system disease",and provide theoretical guidance for treatment of tongluo with core theory of vessel-collateral "theory of ying and wei" as the guidance. |
