| Abstract

| Immune thrombocytopenia is a common hemorrhagic disease in children. Professor WANG Yaoguang believes that this disease is a combination of excess and deficiency,the nature of spleen and kidney deficiency,yin deficiency and blood dryness,the standard of heat poisoning,blood stasis. In clinically,it is divided into three stages:acute phase,prolonged phase and chronic phase. Correspondingly,the treatment rules of driving out external evil with preventing bleeding,enhancing spleen's function with nourishing blood,and regulating spleen and kidney with promoting blood circulation are proposed. In addition,the dose of Huangqi application is one of the clinical experience. Last but not least,Professor WANG Yaoguang emphasizes the combination of disease and syndrome and comprehensive syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
