JNK1 in Ⅱ diabetes rat femoral artery expression and traditional Chinese medicine in the lesions of peach kernel intervention study

Abstract
    [Objective] Through the experimental examination Ⅱ diabetes rats JNK1 in lower extremity artery blood vessels (c-Jun N-terninal kinase,c-Jun amino terminal kinase) expression and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine peach kernel function.[Methods] The 50 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,early intervention group,high-dose group and low-dose group. After successful modeling,the experimental group was given continuous drug intervention for 3 weeks,and samples were collected for experimental testing to observe the expression of various indicators.[Results] 1) The expression of JNK1 in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group;2) peach kernel,a traditional Chinese medicine,can effectively reduce the expression of JNK1,significantly improve the pathological changes in the femoral artery of diabetic rats,and slow down the fibrosis process. The early intervention group has the most obvious effect,the high dose group has a good effect,and the low dose group has a poor effect.[Conclusion] 1) Diabetic femoral artery lesions may be related to JNK1 expression,JNK1 phosphorylation and JNK1 gene expression. 2) Peach kernel,a traditional Chinese medicine,can significantly improve diabetic femoral artery disease,effectively prevent and inhibit the development of femoral artery disease.
