| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of kinesiology tape combined with intramuscular tightness on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.[Methods] Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,30 each.In the treatment group,kinesiology tape combined with suspension massage technique was used,while in the control group,suspension massage technique was used only. JOA score scale,VAS score and musculoskeletal ultrasonography (MSUS) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.[Results] After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of JOA score scale was higher than that before treatment,and the increase was more obvious in the treatment group (P<0.05).VAS scores were all reduced,and the reduction was more significant in the treatment group (P<0.05).The muscle thickness of local muscle was increased by myosonography,and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Kinesiology tape combined with suspensory massage technique in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is worthy of clinical application. |
