Abstract
|
Medical records annotations are valuable tradition in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, include the experiences and insights of successful treatment cases of doctors and embody the specific application of principles,methods and prescriptions in the process of diagnosis and treatment. Based on the three volumes of medical records of SHEN Juren,a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty,this paper discusses how to guide pattern differential diagnosis in clinical practice according to the theory of "qi commands blood" from the aspects of qi generating blood,qi circulating blood and qi containing blood. |
