| Cancer-related insomnia is a common symptom of cancer patients,because it is not as harmful as the cancer,so it is easy to ignore the clinical symptoms. However,this disease seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and not conducive to the recovery. Western medicine often treats it as insomnia,but its correlation with cancer diseases is ignored. This disease belongs to the category of "insomnia" of traditional Chinese medicine. It location in the heart,emphasizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment,pays attention to a variety of factors under the influence of individual treatment. By summarizing 30 years of clinical experience,professor JIA Yingjie concluded that cancer-related insomnia more attributed to emotional factors,the main responsibility for it dues to the liver,which is also closely related to other zang fu. Treatment from liver is often effective. This paper revolve around "dredge the qi of liver to unobstructed","repair liver deficiency to enhance its function","clearing heat and fire to conditioning the qi of liver","adaptation the qi of liver with four seasons change" to discuss the experience in the treatment of cancer-related insomnia by liver regulating method. |
