| Abstract
|
| The theory of five visceral pathogenesis is used to analyze the occurrence and development of heart failure, and to explore its characteristics of differentiation and treatment. It is pointed out that the incidence of heart failure is related to the five internal organs, especially the heart. The pathogenesis of this disease is based on the deficiency of qi,blood, yin and yang in heart, showing the process of transformation from the primary diseases to the heart, and then to other internal organs. The treatment of the disease, based on the therapy of invigorating heart,is coordinating yin and yang, harmonizing qi and blood, following the transformation, taking care of the five internal organs, and focusing on the stage. The diagnosis and treatment of heart failure also requires the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,so as to achieve overall adjustment,in order to alleviate symptoms and improve prognosis. |
